We recently discussed the various software challenges that Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) face and explained how Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software addresses these challenges. Here’s how Sikich can streamline these challenges with the NetSuite application. Our goal is to decrease the number of applications that CROs use and limit the reliance upon manual workarounds and spreadsheets.
Simply put, NetSuite can take over sales, operations, and finance for CROs. NetSuite merges all applications most CROs use into one, single solution. As a result, CROs experience the following:
increased visibility across departments;
single source of the truth;
decreased reliance on standalone applications;
robust reporting across divisions; and
better communication and awareness of upcoming work.
Our webinar on this topic shows exactly how NetSuite alone can accomplish all of the various sales, operations, and finance processes CROs must perform on each project. In the video below, Chris Manchester uses NetSuite screenshots to explain each feature of the software and how it applies to CROs.
Does this sound like something your organization would like to pursue? We’ve also prepared another resource to see how CROs are dealing with all kinds of technology. To view that blog and CRO webinar recording, click here.
