Experienced accountant and not-for-profit industry leader to oversee firm’s presence in Springfield
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — Feb. 1, 2018 — Professional services firm Sikich recently promoted Richard Lynch, CPA, to partner-in-charge of its Springfield office. With 18 years of experience providing audit, tax, accounting and consulting services to clients, Lynch also leads the firm’s not-for-profit and higher education practices.

Sikich offers tax, accounting, audit and assurance, technology, and advisory services – including investment banking, wealth management, supply chain consulting, human resources consulting, forensic and valuation services, and public relations and marketing – from its offices across the country. The Springfield office serves organizations across industries, including manufacturing and distribution, retail, professional services, construction and real estate, agriculture, local and state government, not-for-profit and higher education.

Lynch is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ not-for-profit expert panel. Lynch earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
