New offices in Indianapolis and Milwaukee markets will support Sikich’s flexible work model

CHICAGO – June 24, 2021 – Sikich will open a new office in the Milwaukee market and has opened a redesigned office in Indianapolis to support the company’s new flexible work model. Sikich announced in mid-2020 that employees could work remotely indefinitely – an option more than half of employees have chosen to date. In line with that move, the firm is optimizing the use of its real estate across its national footprint.

“Flexibility has been a part of our culture well before the pandemic,” said Sikich CEO Chris Geier. “We believe in allowing our people to work how, when and where they are most effective. As we continue to increase flexibility across our organization, we are transforming our offices to meet the needs of our employees and clients.”

The Indianapolis office includes a range of workspaces, from desks and offices with plug-and-play technology to coffee shop-style lounges to state-of-the-art conference rooms. Employees use an online reservation system to easily find a space that fits their needs. Sikich’s new Milwaukee office will be outfitted with similar features.

“These offices are designed to support employees who may not be in the same workspace day in and day out but will need to use an office from time to time to collaborate, meet with clients and prospects, and build rapport with teammates,” Geier said. “Milwaukee and Indianapolis are priority growth markets for our organization and will drive forward the evolution of our workplaces.”

Sikich’s Indianapolis office is located at 8555 N. River Road, Suite 300, in Indianapolis. The new Milwaukee market office will be located in The Corridor in Brookfield, Wisconsin. It is expected to open by the third quarter of 2022.
