United South Eastern Tribes (USET) presents an integrated approach to Tribal Sovereignty and Self-determination through the programmatic lens of the Offices of Environmental Resource Management, Economic Development, and Tribal Public Health. The Tribal Best Practices conference hosts learning sessions for Tribal Leadership and staff to engage in a collaborative setting to share knowledge, wisdom, and innovation to enhance collective strength and impact.
During the session, Integrating New Technologies in Economic Development Work, Sikich CRM experts will walk through an in-depth exploration of how Tribal Nations can leverage the Cloud Nine Economic Development Accelerator (EDO) built on Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Relationship Management) in the cloud. The presentation will also explain how Dynamics 365 uses an AI-powered sales tool, Copilot, to enhance business processes and strengthen community ties. Attendees will hear first-hand from USET, how these technologies have improved day-to-day activities, managing relationships, and overall organization visibility.
This session is designed to help Tribal Leadership and staff members understand and implement these powerful tools, fostering improved organizational efficiency and inter-tribal collaboration.
