The solution needed to populate the appropriate legal documents by state with data input into the user-interface by property managers and consume data stored in a data warehouse.

- a web-based application to allow property managers to easily input resident information which then automatically creates a PDF of the resident agreement, and
- an administrative system to allow the system administrator to easily manage the back-end of the application.
