CHICAGO – Oct. 3, 2022 – Professional services company Sikich has named Dimitri Wilder head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB), effective today. He will report directly to Chief Human Resources Officer, Heather Peters.
Wilder will partner with senior leadership and the executive team at Sikich to deliver DEIB strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives and support the company’s exponential growth. Over the last 12 months Sikich has scaled significantly to serve more than 15,000 clients and employ approximately 1,400 team members in the U.S., Canada and the U.K.
“I’m proud to be on an exciting growth journey with our team members who contribute significant value to our organization and to our clients,” shares CEO Chris Geier. “Diversity has long been embedded in Sikich DNA, but expansion brings change and now is the time to accelerate our programming in this area in order to maintain a collaborative and inclusive culture where a diversity of backgrounds, perspectives and roles can continue to drive our innovation.”
“It’s rare that a role is truly equal to one’s ambition, but that’s precisely what I found at Sikich,” said Wilder. “I’m genuinely excited about driving DEIB for a company that is not only in growth mode but believes its growth is by virtue of its talent base. I look forward to joining the team and bringing a point of view to the table that complements the firm’s people-first culture.”
Wilder most recently managed DEI for Rite-Hite and before that served in key HR roles at ManpowerGroup and Mount Castle Corporation. He holds an M.B.A. from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a B.A. from Hampton University.
