In May 2016, long-time client Hagler Systems chose to be Sikich’s first adopter of Microsoft Dynamics for ERP, then-called “Microsoft Dynamics AX 7.” Hagler Systems is a manufacturer that provides services to dredging, mining, and oil businesses. They were always a very forward-thinking company, which made them a perfect selection for jumping in on Microsoft’s new Dynamics 365 application.
Within a few months, Hagler was seeing such a difference with their productivity, client interaction, and competitive edge, even Microsoft noticed their success. The software giant featured Hagler on their YouTube channel, where VP of Engineering and Operations Ben Hagler explained (and praised) how much better their company runs since adopting Dynamics 365. You can watch their full video below.
Hagler is still thriving with Microsoft’s ERP software. Throughout its upgrades and growth, the ERP has improve Hagler’s own growth and customer satisfaction.
