James Keeslar, CPA will be speaking at the 2018 CURT/CII/LCI 10th LEAN Construction Summit on June 13, 2018 in Charlotte, North Carolina. His session, LEAN IPD Cost/Owner Auditing Factors, Learnings from 1:45PM to 2:30PM will help attendees understand auditing factors in LEAN Integrated Project Delivery (IPD). In addition to speaking about how to effectively incorporate IPD into large-scale construction projects, Keeslar will be on a panel discussion immediately following his speaking engagement. Keeslar will speak alongside panelists from GM, Merck & Co., Inc., and Global Capital Management during the one-hour session titled Varying Commercial Terms and the Cost Audit Factors.
