Zerfass has more than three decades of experience offering tax consulting services to the hospitality industry
CHICAGO — June 22, 2018 — Robb Zerfass recently joined professional services firm Sikich as a tax partner. Based in the firm’s Chicago office, Zerfass will lead the firm’s tax consulting services with hospitality industry clients.
“Robb has carved a niche for himself as a go-to tax adviser for the hospitality and real estate industries, and we’re excited to add his expertise to our strong national team of tax professionals,” said Sikich CEO Chris Geier. “He will play a key role in continuing to grow our firm’s presence and tax practice in Chicago.”
Zerfass has more than 30 years of experience helping hospitality and real estate organizations, such as restaurant groups, improve tax planning and structuring. Prior to joining Sikich, Zerfass was a partner and managing director at BDO. He was also a managing director at SS&G prior to their merger with BDO.

Zerfass graduated from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance.
