Sikich expands human capital management team with addition of veteran HR consultant

Chicago —Feb. 16, 2020 — Sikich has expanded its human capital management and payroll consulting team with the addition of Dave McKeon, a human resources industry veteran. Dave will serve as managing director of the team’s human resources advisory services. In this role, he will partner with clients to address business challenges through the development and implementation of talent solutions.

“Dave’s experience in human resources – both serving as a human resources leader and a consultant – makes him a valuable addition to our team,” said Ken Cranney, senior managing director of Sikich’s human capital management and payroll consulting team. “Dave has helped many companies establish robust human capital practices to drive growth. His expertise will strengthen our team and help us bring innovative solutions to our clients.”

McKeon has more than 30 years of experience in the human resources space. Prior to joining Sikich, McKeon served in HR management roles at consulting firms and Fortune 1000 companies, including Hewitt and Stericycle. He specializes in optimizing companies’ HR functions around people, strategy, process and technology. His experience includes improving efficiencies in recruitment, compliance, compensation, talent management and performance management.

McKeon earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in labor and industrial relations from Michigan State University.
