Promotions span firm’s accounting and advisory service areas
NAPERVILLE, Ill. — Jan. 13, 2016 — Sikich LLP, a leading professional services firm, recently elected eight new partners in its Chicago, Milwaukee and Naperville offices.
“Our new partners have made significant contributions to the firm and have consistently demonstrated the strong client service, innovative thinking and problem-solving that we value,” said Sikich CEO Jim Sikich. “They are effective leaders on their respective teams, and we look forward to their continued positive impact on our clients and the firm.”
The following individuals were elected partners: Timm Bellazzini, CPA, audit; Terry Bishop, CPA, accounting services; Brent DeMay, CPA, employee benefit plan audits; Thomas Perez, CPA, tax; Anahita Khan, marketing and public relations; Sarah Harris, general counsel; Brad Netzel, CPA, audit; and Jerry Schmit, CPA, tax.
Bellazzini, Bishop, DeMay and Perez work at Sikich’s office in Naperville. Bellazzini handles audit engagements in the construction, manufacturing and distribution industries while Bishop offers accounting, tax preparation and consulting services to both small businesses and large privately held entities. DeMay helps lead the firm’s employee benefit plan audit practice, and Perez offers tax services to shareholders, related businesses entities as well as trusts and family members.
Khan leads the business-to-business group in Sikich’s marketing and public relations practice, and works in the Chicago and Naperville offices. Harris is the firm’s general counsel. Netzel, who handles accounting and audit issues with clients, and Schmit, who specializes in partnership tax work, are located in firm’s Milwaukee-area office.
Sikich offers a full range of services, including audit, accounting and tax, technology, investment banking and a variety of advisory and managed services out of its 12 offices across the country.
