CHICAGO – August 16, 2024 – Sikich Corporate Finance, a leading investment bank for middle market companies and a wholly owned subsidiary of Sikich, a global technology-enabled professional services company, recently served as the exclusive sell-side advisor to River Source Logistics (RSL) on its acquisition by ShipCalm.
