Ryan Spohn is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Partner-in-Charge of Advisory Services for the firm. Ryan has over 25 years of financial and operational experience across industries, such as technology, B2B services, healthcare and manufacturing. He has substantial expertise in mergers & acquisitions due diligence and integration, ERP systems implementations, restructuring and change management. He is also well-versed in treasury, cost accounting, financial reporting and analysis.
One of Ryan’s primary objectives as CFO is to develop strategic plans and lead their execution, while maintaining the firm’s cost effectiveness. In addition to the finance and accounting teams, he has oversight of Sikich’s internal IT department.
In his role as PIC of Advisory Services, he oversees the firm’s consulting offerings related to people (Human Capital Management & Workforce Risk Management), financial services (Wealth Management & Investment Banking), agency services (Marketing & PR), and quality and compliance (Quality Management Systems, Data Validation & Insurtech).
Prior to Sikich, Ryan served as both International and Interim CFO for InnerWorkings Inc., a publicly traded professional services company, and held various financial roles in the Healthcare Diagnostics business of Siemens AG (formerly Dade Behring Inc.).
