Amy Schrubbe has been with Sikich for over 15 years and a member of the Human Capital Management and Payroll Consulting team for the past six years. Amy specializes in full-cycle recruitment, including researching, sourcing, interviewing, qualifying and placing great talent for her clients. Additionally, Amy has experience in employment policy development, labor and compliance, and optimization of HR systems.
Amy works with clients across a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, construction, healthcare, real estate and professional services to address their talent needs. She is passionate about executing best-in-class recruitment and sourcing strategies, fostering a positive candidate and employee experience, and providing guidance to leaders around talent market conditions, processes and best practices.
Outside of the office, you can find Amy spending time with her family and enjoying the great outdoors.
