Types of Managed NetSuite Service Plans
Application Support
We offer remote support for NetSuite end users and key client IT team members. Our services guarantee a two-hour response time during Sikich Operation Center support hours from 8 AM to 6 PM Eastern. We provide break-fix NetSuite and SuiteApp related support requests, including troubleshooting error messages, stuck transactions, workflow errors, and issues with standard reports. Additionally, we assist with Oracle/NetSuite service outages or data loss events, and provide support for fiscal period and year-end activities.
System Administration
NetSuite user account maintenance includes managing roles and security settings according to needs. Additionally, we handle NetSuite and Suiteapp license management, comprising renewals and processing new orders.
