Make the change to cloud ERP

More than half of companies utilizing an ERP are relying on an out-of-date solution—and it’s impacting their profitability.

More than 1,000 businesses, just like yours, knew they had to make a change to their outdated, on-premise ERP system and turned to Sikich to help them migrate to a new Dynamics ERP solution. Whether that was migrating from Dynamics AX, a home-grown system or old green screen application, they all chose Sikich because of our decades of experience in delivering projects faster and better.

Wondering if your company’s ERP solution has fallen behind the competitive curve? The answer: Likely, yes.

Traditional ERP systems don’t work for the digital economy.

ERP systems that are siloed and glued, bandaged, or bolted together do not work for the digital economy. The ability of your business to survive and thrive depends on an ERP system that is modern, unified, adaptable, and intelligent.

Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&SCM, formerly Finance and Operations) platform provides the integrated tools and support essential to helping secure overall business viability into the future. And regardless of where you are in your journey to the cloud, our experts can help build a migration strategy that aligns to your specific business challenges.

Why Move from an on-premise solution to Dynamics 365 F&SCM?

Is your ability to innovate hampered by outdated processes?

Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management is built with scalability and flexibility in mind. Your organization will reap the rewards of having a system that is as agile as your organizations, with the backing of security features to keep your ideas safe.

Is your current system costing your company a ton to maintain and support?

With Dynamics 365 F&SCM, you can expect to move your system from OPEX to CAPEX with scalable pricing. Regular updates from Microsoft means you’ll be getting the latest improvements so your ROI and time-to-value will deliver better results.

Is it getting harder to keep and attract new company talent?

Companies using old ERP systems can be seen as behind the curve. In order to keep current talent and attract a new generation, having the tools they need to preform at high levels is going to be key for employee retention.

We needed an implementation partner that understood the individuality of our business and was willing to create a plan that was as unique as we are. The partnership with Sikich has allowed us to continue to fulfill our promise to our customers and our employees.

Which is right for your – Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management or Business Central?

At the most basic level, Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management is positioned for organizations that have one or more of the following characteristics: multi-national operations; complex or multi-site manufacturing or distribution operations; high transaction volumes.

And BC is most suitable for organizations that have: single country operations; straight-forward manufacturing and distribution operations; under 250 users.

These classifications are useful but can leave you with more questions than answers. Microsoft does not typically publish strong recommendations either way, preferring to leave this decision making to their customers. I have really enjoyed working with the Sikich team. Sikich has always delivered high-quality services, and that is definitely a reflection of the leadership team. Sikich has been a true partner throughout our Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM journey, and I expect that this partnership will continue.
